Count the number of black dots if you can





The lines are in fact parallel although they appear to slope





This image is static but if you concentrate on the white spot in the centre while moving your head towards and away from the dot it will appear to move.





Relax and concentrate on the 4 small white dots in the middle of the image for about 40 seconds. Then immediately look at a plain wall near to you and blink you eyes a couple of times untill you see the image.
